I ordered items on May 19th. I have not heard from them since. Item numbers: E148238. The email stated the items would be shipped in 3-7 days tracking number would be provided. Nothing. Please advise.
Contact your credit card company immediately, explain what happened and that there are 300+ negative reviews online for this company. DO NOT LET THEM STRING YOU ALONG with excuses and begging you to wait just a little bit longer, they hope for you to miss the deadline in which you can make a claim. I too read the reviews after placing an order and not receiving a shipment notification for 2 weeks, I sent them one last email cancelling my order and telling them I would file a claim with Visa (because no one seems to be getting a refund from Berrylook so I didnt even bother asking for one). Never got an answer but hoping Visa is taking care of it now. Don’t waste time on this please!
SCAM! do not order from them – I had to escalate a refund through Paypal to get my money back after returning the item per Berrylook’s instructions after hounding them for 3 weeks!
Do you remember the address you returned the items too. I can’t get them to give me an address. I put in a complaint to PayPal so they are working on it. Berry look told me to cancel the complaint and they would give me the return address. I told the that once I was refunded and returned the items I would cancel the complaint. Nothing back from them.
I had another bad experience with this company! I ordered an item , paid for it and never heard from them nor received my item. I asked my credit company to reimburse me for the cost. I also sent notes to them and never received a reply. Bad company!!!

I order 4 tops 2 months ago but have never received any. When I inquire I receive an email “your order has shipped” and a tracking number that does not exist. I will never order from this bogus company again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. CHEAP MATERIAL. TOTALLY INCORRECT SIZES. IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS. I THINK ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WILL REGRET IT. I DID.
I have never seen such cheap materiel and incorrect sizes in all my dealings with online or catalog shopping. This company is terrible and I would advise everyone NOT to order anything from them. Also, they make it almost impossible to return something.
I ordered from BerryLook. Should have realized that the clothing are made in China when I noticed grammatical errors in some of the writings in their ad. The clothing are very poor quality and smell. I tried to give them away at a garage sale, but had no takers. I’m not even going to spend money to attempt to return the clothing. Not worth my time! Many other clothing ads with models without heads are selling very low quality Chinese products as well. A lot of these ads appear with PCH games and Yahoo News. Beware!
I received one item from my order and immediately threw it in the trash!
My partial order took over 4 weeks.My request for delivery date went unanswered or with a tracking option that let to nowhere. In spite to my request to cancel the order, the deliver not only arrived late but items are extremelly small and not similar to the pictures on the website. Further each garmet has an awful odor like mechanical oil. There is no return instruction and unless my CC can deal with the vendor, I may be stack with an useless purchase from a very misleading site.
I am still waiting on a refund from March 21, 2018 for a blouse that was out of stock. I have yet to get a respond from anyone, it hard to believe in a company that will not respond. this is a very poor first impression, hope other will never order anything from this company. Four—-stars
Two months and four days after ordering a dress from BerryLook, it arrived. The Paypal payment was verified by BerryLook on March 9. My complaints went nowhere. Finally, at the end of April, my daughter advised that I lodge a complaint with Paypal. Miracle: It came about a week after that. HOWEVER: I can’t wear it; it’s too high-waisted and although I’m thin, it doesn’t look the same as the picture at all. It’s too late to send back (and then wait another 2+ months??!!!) and I purchased something else from a local department store.
SCAM! Stay away, don’t shop here!
