This is a scam completely. Never ever buy anything from this cunning seller. I ordered women dress, a top and two coats. But sad to say that they didn’t ship all the items I ordered, but only one coat and that packet was not sealed properly. When it reached me, it was resealed by USPS. There is no response from them when I asked them to refund for the items which not send to me. I lost $92 and I’m not going to give this up. I’m going to take legal action against them so that they want do these type of dirty things in the
future.
I want to share this dirty experience with everyone ,

Yes agreed agreed company scam. Took my payment n9 shipping info after emailed 3 times they claim to be 8n London. 8 get vague answers too. I will not order again and advise others same!! Hope I will get my jacket or will contact PayPal!! Amazon and others much better companies to buy from online. Too bad I like the jacket too!!

This is a scam. I’ve ordered 2 items last week of November and I have not received it until now. They keep saying wait 10-20 days but it’s more than a month now and they keep saying the same thing.
I’m having the same problem with berrylook.
I ordered weeks ago nothing. I emailed service and told them I wanted a refund. The next day they say they shipped one item I emailed them again and demanded a refund for my other item. I may have to file a claim through pay pal.
What a hoax. I should have read reviews before being sucked in by cheep prices
Never ever buy anything from this rude seller, In Nov. 2017 I have ordered women dresses and paid thru paypal , They didn’t ship complete what I ordered,and have no response when I contact them to request a refund for items not send to me. I escalate for claim with paypal. Paypal did nothing to protect buyer, they seem side with seller, they closed my case without any notice and review the case, I lost $$ so I will not give up, I will file complaint with paypal untill this issue resolved. I just want to share my experience with Berrylook to every one. Be careful this is a scam !
Scam completely! They will charge your card and lie saying that the order isn’t complete. When you try talking to them, they will be rude and gaslight you! “Cora” kept telling me to show the transaction number (never displayed to us), then kept trying to get me off the hook. Plus she was strangely dismissive and rude!
Never, ever order from Berrylook. As stated above the merchandise does not fit correctly no matter what size you are. The order takes forever to arrive (5-6 weeks) and when you return the articles (following all their rules) your refund will never be returned. I am a fool for never reading these reviews. I have been

I am trying to place the order,on website they had promotion code for 20$ off, of orders more then 169.00 plus 5$ of for the first time orders. When i tried to place the order and apply the code, offered, it didn’t work.I contacted customer service ,and they asking me for the promotion code, same ,as it did not exist. Definitely after reading these reviews i am not placing the order.This company is the same as Rose girl which quality was zero,sizes to small.No more.
This company is the same as PopJulia. The products come from China (if they arrive at all). Items are nothing like they are portrayed in advertisements. Faux fur collars for example (and cuffs) must be buttoned on. Coats are actually capes (made from felt). This is just some of my personal experience. As week I ordered on November 24. Nothing arrived until December 30. All emails I received regarding order status stated that items had been shipped. Followed by emails that stated (same) items were NOW being shipped. Basically, they were not truthful. At no time was I told that items were coming from China, etc. These companies are misleading in their information and in their customer service and in their merchandise. Recommend not spending your money. If something seems too good ….
OMG !!!! Whoever you are , you are sssoooooo right about berrylook and popjulia! Their items are nothing like in the picture. I lost almost $100 for both company. It’s soooo scam and I can’t do anything about it 🙁
I shopped online at Berrylook and the wait was three weeks. I placed my order on the first week of December and received my 5 items on December 23rd. I paid $126 (one hundred twenty six dollars) I knew very well that this store was outside USA, in fact I thought it was Hongkong. I put my trust when I ordered the five items on line. When the parcels arrived, the return addressed is from China. I am very satisfied with the items that I purchased. My only complain is: there isn’t any tag on how to care for the garments. What I meant is: how are you gonna was them, dry clean or regular washing, line dry? I ordered two swing coats gray and red, two sweater tunics red and pink and a a pair of sneakers (gym shoes). Guess I’m lucky though that I received my items before Christmas.
Never shop on Berrylook again. they are definitely a scam. they sell cheap clothes by posting beautiful pictures, size is never right, and when you returned it, don’t even expect a refund, you will never get your refund back. none of their cloth will look as the picture post. it is terrible experience I never had on my online shopping.

I havent received my order from berrylook yet and its foing to be a month since i placed the order and its for more than 100$. Each time they message me saying one item is not available and then to pick something else.
I refret placing the order. I hope i get my money back .
