I have bought a slim case for iPhone 5s. The first delivery was ok, but the case didn’t fit the phone in 100%. I have contacted with the seller and sent the photos. I usually use GearBest, but now I actually like BangGood! Only issue was the Cheerson CX-10A that I ordered had some… Let’s say neurological issues. But when I told them, they replaced it, free of charge, and SUPER fast, too! I was a little disappointed, though, to have it take 10 days to get here after I paid for 6-9 day shipping.

BangGood customer service is the BEST! When things go wrong … they make it right. I recently received a monopod which had a manufacturing defect. When I notified BangGood of the problem, they promptly responded and provided me with very fair resolution to my problem. I will be ordering more products from BangGood and will also be encouraging my friends and family to do the same. I love Banggood. They have so much great stuff. I use it to buy costume jewelry mostly, but they have clothes, rc helicopters, makeup, kitchen stuff, office supplies, and even some adult products if you like that stuff. I highly recommend Banggood. Their customer service is excellent and they respond quickly if you report a problem in your order and are very helpful the return or exchange process. It shows that they care about their costumes and want you to love and be fully happy with your product and them. If you want cute, inexpensive things or cheap prices on expensive products, Banggood’s for you, as long don’t mind a way on shipping. It can take a week to a month, which isn’t bad considering it’s coming all the way for China.
