The service has been great! They did forget my Australia plug for the charger but it has been sent since contacting them.
The Cubot One that I purchased is awesome – double the phone in terms of the performance and features and less than a third the price I would have to pay here for a “brand named” phone with the same features.

Overall Banggood is a top rate company regarding products and service. They have been very responsive via email to all my questions and support. Originally I purchased micro-controllers but now Banggood is one of my first stops when looking for something I need. It is important to understand that products take a while to ship from overseas.
