I have been shopping at Banggood for a little while now. There’s absolutely no doubt in my mind that Banggood has the best prices in all the online shopping sites. Their Customer Service to my opinion ranks #1. I totally admire the Staff at Banggood for their professionalism and dedication. They never left my emails unanswered, their Live Chat operators are very courteous and supportive. I feel very much at home with them and have made them my #1 shopping choice. Kudos to all the Staff at Banggood for providing us with such excellent service and I am sure your wonderful efforts will go a long way. Keep up the good work.
Hard to find products at a reasonable price with good customer service. Wish they were closer, but still a great company overall.
Great customer support and shopping experience
I’ve used BangGood for a few months now and placed over 60 orders to date, their prices, products and support are brilliant!
I ordered (and paid) wrong item by my mistake. I contacted support over the weekend and they responded quickly and allowed me to change my order. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Also, I found prices much better then on other sites I visited.

Banggood know about a year and I have ordered many products: telephony, technical equipment, electronic components, LEDs, auto accessories, accessories tv.
I confirm the excellent quality of the products and their construction, so a high quality / price ratio.
There is no article that has disappointed my expectations.
I confirm the speed of shipments on their part, of course you have to take into account the customs of the times, which may vary from country to country.
For example, for Italy need a good dose of patience.
If something was not available I was informed promptly and proposed solutions that we have agreed together.
Communications with them were obviously friendly, but most immediate and decisive. (Linda is my sweet referent).
Willingly write this review because it’s really what I think.
Since I intend to continue the business relationship, I am aware that there could be some inconvenience, but I trust quietly in the resolution, always with patience and courtesy.

I ordered a number of items from Banggood in December, with a Cheerson CX10 amongst them. All the items arrived in the UK pretty quickly, and all was well with the shipment, nothing damaged. However after flying the diminutive quad just once, it malfunctioned, and wouldn’t bind to the controller.
I contacted Banggood customer services, and they asked for me to supply a short video of the problem, and my order number. This was duly done, and once they had received the video, they contacted me to let me know that a replacement was already in the post, and winging its way to the UK. No quibbles what so ever.
One other thing I would like to add is that I am grateful for Banggood’s very transparent pricing policy. The prices for items at Banggood are displayed in your local currency, and that is exactly what you pay. Unlike another well known model company, who after confirming your order in your local currency, then proceed to convert it back to US dollars, which with the exchange rates, often works out more expensive than the quoted local price. Not good customers service, especially when you don’t know about it until the order has been processed and you money taken.
All I have to say, is what fantastic service Banggood provided, there are many large international companies who would do well to emulate them. I know it was only a low cost item, but I have read similar responses to much more expensive items than mine.

I’m not used to shop online, but this site is definitely worth trying. Wide variety of products and a excellent customer service. They always and promptly follow up on your inquiries and don’t hesitate on doing a refund if not satisfied. Congrats !
I have had several items fro Banggood, and yes they come from a long way away, but always in good time in excellent condition and the products have always been excellent.
Any questions are promptly answered by email and the service is excellent.
