After close to 60 orders with Banggood for several radio control multi rotor projects, I can safely say that they are very good. Not a single bad surprise so far. One order was lost in the mail for a few months and Banggood provided a refund. As a result, I will keep buying there!
I have ordered many times form banggood. I received all my orders within the quoted time frames. Recently one order didn’t get delivered, it seems like it got lost in the mail or customs. I contacted banggood customer service. The case was handled to my full satisfaction.
I have always bought from BG and for the first time I had to use the refund system. I was very well taken care of by Dasiy who very attentive, solved my problem with the utmost attention and promptness. My first order with Banggood never arrived and I was promptly refunded. Although a little wary I continued to order from Banggood and have now placed close to 100 orders. I have so far yet to be dissatisfied. The customer service has always been prompt and any assistance needed to rectify an issue has provided straight away. They have always been accommodating with any issues I may have had with delivery or a product.
I highly recommend them.
