Recuerdo que lo que me inspiró confianza fue que al hacer mi primera compra, poco después me arrepentí de comprar ese producto. Hable con el servicio de atención al cliente y me devolvieron el dinero rápidamente y sin ningún problema.
En e 99 % de las compras nunca he tenido incidencias y en el 1% restante (2 compras) cuando lo comunique al servicio de atención al cliente, me resolvieron el problema de forma inmediata, demostrando una excelente profesionalidad.

Banggood is the best online shopping service. I am comparing Banggood with about 10 other online shopping services (I won’t mention names), but I have tried many.Banggood has never let me down and is always willing to refund or replace an item that I did not receive on time.Packages sometimes get lost in the post but that is understandable.
Just be patient and your package will arrive.

Best customer service ever, have ordered a lot from banggood in the past few years and I have to say, everything gets delivered on time and when something is broken they don’t hesitate to send you a new piece or return your money. Online shops from europe can learn a lot from this. Never saw a customer service this good!
