Customer service was absolutely fantastic,I have never had customer service anywhere near this good. Very happy with the quality of the stuff I bought and nothing seemed roughed up in shipping. Only negative is I ordered on February 3 and it arrived April 18… Keep in mind the “estimated” shipping was 7-20 Business days. Will Probably order again as overall it was a good experience

They are generally very easy to deal with.
I have been concerned at the high number of deliveries that do not arrive. In all instances Banggood have reshipped the products.
This gives me some confidence in dealing with them.

Great prices and great customer service. Every time i have had an issue with a component Banggood have sent a replacement. It takes a while to post from china, but this good in a way as everthing is such a rush.

Support is very king and is interested in client satisfaction. The prices are moderate, but you’ve got fast shipment and delivery, very good support communication and a lot of flash sales, special prices and discounts. I like this store and recommend it to everyone.
Banggood has become one of the best online shopping stores from China. The postage seems to get quicker and the customer response time is less than 12 hours. Very impress with Banggood services.

Been buying RC stuff for two years now at Banggood. I am extremely satified with the customer service. Banggood staff are wel trained very friendly and they respond to all messages always within a day or two. I have had some issues with broken or damaged parts, (due to shipping I think). Upon complaining and sending a video demonstrating the trouble, Banggood swiftly replaced the parts with a resend without any discussion. I wish all shops had a customer service like the one from Banggood. Top!!

I ordered some RC stuff from here and every thing arrived fast and was in good condition.
I had some problems with some motors scraping (Kingkongs 2205) but they handeld that swiftly with a resend.
