вышло так, что мой заказ потерялся где-то на просторах почтовых путей, а так как он шёл без трека, то найти его не представилось возможным. да и я совершил ошибку, подтвердив получение неполученной посылки, о чём и написал в поддержку. поддержка сработала выше всяких похвал – связались со мной, извинились и после непродолжительного выяснения обстоятельств предложила два варианта решения: новая посылка или возврат денег. я удовлетворён.

I had a recent issue with a misplaced order, reached out to customer support and received a response even a resolution within 24hrs. you generally do not get that service from a lot of popular larger organisations as well. Clear communication and they resent the order as well.
