Out of 79 orders with Banggood, I have had only one package lost in transit. The customer service rep was very helpful and communicated well in English. My lost package was promptly resent. Banggood is the best shopping site on the web!

Good customer support. Delivery is bit delayed. Refund if any is not a issue at all. Overall it is a good shopping experience.
I was really greatly impressed with Banggood. I have bought on two different occasions and was highly pleased with watches that I bought. They were amazing value for money and look great. The customer service is also excellent. They are so responsive and helpful. The delivery time is a bit slow but I expected that anyway so it wasn’t an issue.
I will certainly be keeping Banggood on my quick access list for shopping as their range of goods is amazing.

Communication is a big issue tracking numbers do not work most of the time two addresses with put on the last one and again I’m waiting for one with DHL that had 2 address is not very good for the amount of money you pay
Hi,
I have ordered several items from Bangood over the past 6 months; all items arrived to my India address without any issues within about 3-4 weeks time, except one item which was lost in transit.
After further followup with Bangood for about 3 more weeks, they offered to reship or refund, which I appreciate ! Replacement item under shipment, hope to receive the same this time.
Overall, good experience with Bangood, reasonable prices.
