I have recently booked quadcopter, and i have compared many Online Electronic Shops find Banggood as low price. my order arrived to India Bangalore, but here in India no quadcopter import not allowed, regarding that i have contacted banggood several time each time i received positive response. now my order returning back, banggood agreed to refund. why am explaining this because from all over world customer place orders from banngood and some may afraid if our orders not delivered due any issue will loose our money but from my experience you will get your orders if not order returning to banggood they are really helpful to refund. so your safe to place order from banggood its unbeatable price and service.
I have ordered several products from Banggood. I received all parcels, but one no: a phone.
I sent an e-mail to Banggood and that they responded me immediately. They then offered me 2 choises: to refund my money or to send me another parcel.
I chose to send me another parcel. This second parcel arrived very quickly (20 days).
The conclusion is: buying from Banggood be sure that you will not lose your money.

Whenever I have had problems, customer service has been very helpful. I always receive a response within 40 minutes during their hours. At one point, some of my orders were lost due to issues with Iran Post – I was quickly offered to have the items refunded or re-sent.

My review is related to my purchase of MI Drone form Banggod.com, They sipped the Drone on time and it was stuck with Customs, after following up with India Custom for a month, I got a letter which mentioned that its a restricted item and will not be delivered to me, I contacted the customer support team, they helped me with the process and asked for the proof which I send to them(the scan copy of the letter that I have received by Custom) they have given me a full refund that’s awesome !! I have opted for Insurance which is a small additional payment along with the purchase, Purchasing via Banggood’s web site or mobile app is easy to do and overall they have great customer service, I will recommend every one to buy form banggood, they offer great products, heavy discount and points for purchase which can be redeem with additional discount.
