IN case of lost shipment Banggood finally refund the missing shipment amount to PayPal. Actually it is more trustful, than Aliexpress, which debited ~9% more than the confirmed order amount.

Banggood support give me reply in 2 hours.

I have ordered 20 times over on banggood. I have satisfied for good price and products, but I recieved defective item recently.
So I mailed resending request with attaching some photos and youtube link about problems.
Banggood support gave me prompt reply after 12 hours and made new shipment after 24 hours.
I don’t received new shipment yet but I am happy with their kind support.(specially thanks to Chloe)

Hi! I was having a problems with long time delivering my parcel (more then 40 deay in transit) and I wrtote several letters to service at banggood they immediately wrote answers at all my letters and offers to me different solution like resend new parcel or refund if I not receive my parcel, but all was completed successful and I now received my parcel in good condition.
I got problems with shipping, it was my fault (cause I change phone number) and banggood made new shipment, and refund for item that isn’t in stock. So customer service works good.
I have bought items from this site before and i am very happy with the shopping experience, i would recommend this site to my family and friends.
