I contacted the support due to missing important data in the shipping address. They replied that it was impossible to change the address, but that in case it did not arrive I’ll receive a refund when it arrived to they.
Finally, and to my surprise, it arrived (and in only half a month), so quite satisfied.
Received a damaged item from Banggood, however I contacted customer service and corresponded with Carina (Banggood rep) who quickly offered me a replacement without any issues, I just provided a few pictures and a short video. Very good service. Hopefully when the replacement arrives it will be free of damages. wish they would add a little additional foam inside their packaging, it would work wonders. Overall a good experience from a reputable company.

Had my item lost on delivery. Waited 2 months but eventually contacted Banggood. Was promptly refunded as the item was no longer available. Things happens and it is good indicator that the company is willing to fix such issues.

I ordered this item and it arrived, slightly damaged. I contacted babyhood, who quickly offered a refund for the damaged item, without any problem. An object lesson for any on-line retailer, in customer care and support. I will have no hesitation in using babyhood, and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
