I’ve been buying from Banggood for a while now and have had a great experience and excellent shipping. My last order was during Christmas and after about 12 days of tracking not showing movement I requested order. They told me the order had been shipped and asked if I wanted a refund or could wait another 5 days and check with the local post office. I decided to wait and checked with the post office. They could not find the package. After telling Banggood they promptly gave me a full refund. This is the great kind of customer service I look for when ordering online. I will continue to be a loyal customer as I know sometimes these things happen and it’s good to know Banggood will take care of it the right way and fast.

Shipping from China to U.S. can be unpredictable, but when my package was lost at no fault of Banggood they refunded my money. It took several days for the refund to be finalized but BG did an OK job communicating with me at least once a day. The live chat was helpful too. Only reason its not a 5 star is that is took multiple emails/chats to get the issue resolved. Can’t beat their prices!
I ordered an RC car from Bandgood which never arrived.
I sent them an e-mail and they sent me another one as soon as possible. I received it yesterday. I thank Bandgood for their speed.

I’ve been dealing with banggood for the last few years and can say that the overall experience is quite great. Good communication, great after sale service. However, by far, the best experience occurred last December, I’ve had bought a bluetooth speaker and it got damaged with no reason after a few usage, then I sent them an e-mail regarding the issue and they offered me a refund of 40% of the value, then I refused as I wasn’t satisfied with that value. After a few e-mail exchange, they sent me a brand new speaker. This was the kind of after sale service I expected and it made me recommend them to everyone who asks me about online stores that I trust.
Although there was a big delay, I had a great communication with banggood. I was aware of the shipping process all time long and finally received my item as expected!
Headphones are just wonderful, sent quickly, the order came even faster. Order will not regret.
