Best customer service ever!! I hadn’t received my parcel, I sent an email, they politely reply immediately and they offer me refund or resend! The product i ordered was as seen and by perfect materials. I WILL DEFINATELY ORDER AGAIN SOON!!

I have suggested that Banggood address their parcels more clearly in future as my last order was quite late in arriving. Thank you, Ivy, for your prompt replies to my emails.
I recommend Banggod. My parcel didn’t arrived and i could not track it becouse i missed adding a tracking number. Finally, Banggod refund me and we agreed to repay it if a received the item. What i did. thanks
