Hi All – I wanted to say “thanks” to the customer service team at Banggood, particularly Abby for her help with a product issue. A recent order arrived for 2 LED headlamps and one of the lamps didn’t work. The customer service team responded quickly via email and after clarifying the issue, they offered a full refund. It was a shame the product didn’t work but I appreciated the offer and a refund was promptly arranged. I will continue shopping with Banggood!

Banggood is reliable seller. Quality of items is equal to their price and the customer service is excellent – I have never had a problem with resending or refunding when I received damaged goods.I definitely recommend to try it out.
I recently purchased a “G12 Bathroom Angle Valve For Shower Head Water Separator Shower Diverter Switch Valve-p” – Item code 1039344. Unfortunately on receiving the product I realised that the outlets in spite of being standard 3/4″ fitting were flanged on the inside with two small holes of 5 and 6.5 mm each. I asked Customer Care if I could drill these out to widen them. They immediately responded that I should go ahead and they would send me a replacement if it did not work. I had intended to bore out the smaller 5mm to 7mm but was overzealous and went up to 8 which ruined the seating of the canister valve inside. They sent me a replacement immediately arriving by registered post with two weeks. How is that for service? Well done Banggood ! This is not the first time that I have experienced such assistance. I have been your customer for over three years and you have captured my allegiance as first preference for all my Mail orders.

And by easier I mean a lot. You can find a lot of interesting and really useful cheap stuff on this website. By cheap I mean cheap pricing. All the products that I’ve ordered so far(that’s a lot) are from great quality and durable. I think that they will help me for years to come.
I’ve always used the track and trace and shipping insurance. But I have always got my package undamaged!
I once ordered something that got out of stock that day. I had already paid so the service contacted me about the order. I could change the color of the item or get my money back. It was a really good product which I liked so I decided to change the color.
Also if you ever get a wrong product or faulty product they will give you the option to get your money back. This with the help of uploading video’s or photos so they can help you with your problem(s).

I have ordered a hexacopter from Banggood. The Delivery was from EU Direct to EU, it took a total of 10 days, it was very fast. Unfortunately one of the 6 engines doesnt work on the hexacopter. I have contact with the customer service and they had promised me, that they will send a new hexacopter for free. After 8 days the package arrived, and when I opened it have noticed, that they have send me not only the hexacopter, but also a complete new package with all the accessories. I am very satisfied, the communication with the customer service was very fast, they were kind, and they have got a generous attitude. Great 5 Star Service!

Banggood is a webshop with alot to offer. I already have bought many items here. And I have to say, all of these are from really good quality. The only bad thing I ever experienced was that my Cheerson CX 20 had a broken GPS. So I contacted Banggood, and they told me to make a video, so I did. After one day I got a e-mail back from the customer service, and told me that a brand new GPS was on my way. The service @ Banggood is amazing, even better in my country ( The Netherlands ) Keep up the good work Bangood !
