Hace tiempo que compro cosas de tecnología chinas como móviles, cámaras, baterías, etc. Todas estas cosas las encontraba en tiendas distintas y era complicado cuadrar precios y envíos. Cuando descubrí Banggood me alegré de estar en un sitio que tenía prácticamente todo lo que buscaba, con unos precios buenos y las últimas novedades en tecnología. He hecho muchos pedidos y estoy más que contento con el servicio, ningún problema de envío o embalaje hasta España. El servicio de atención al cliente es muy correcto, responden muy proactivamente solucionando cualquier incidencia o consulta que puedas tener. En general muy contento y sin duda recomiendo hacer vuestras compras ahí.

Banggood.com is a honest and creditable online purchase site. They stood by what they sell. I had a purchase with 3 units of the same product and one of them is defective and they give me a refund for that defective unit. The refunded price is more than the defective unit price!
I bought tablet chuwi hi10 from banggood. Few months later, he died – factory defect.
Banggood service asked me to send it to them. They sent me back half money of the postage fee and they was sent me another new tablet! very quickly! I am very satisfied and happy. Very good technical service. Thanks again
I love Banggood! Great store with lot of different items and innovative gadgets. The prices are good, and the service is fantastic! Customerservice is very friendly. Shipping is cheap. Delivery can take a while, but thats because I live on the other side of the world from China. Refunding after cancelling a payed item takes only a few days. Out of total 17 orders sent to me over the past few months, I had 1 failed delivery that contained wrong item. But Banggood was so kind to offer a refund or resend without problem, and I didnt have to send the wrong item back. Really excellent service! I recommend everyone to go shopping at Banggood!

I have received a product that doesn’t work. But after my review, they contact me directly asking what the problem was. Apparently we can do nothing to correct it so now, they are sending me a new product, which is nice.
The only thing is the delivery time but it’s normal I guess.
