Increíble tienda para comprar todo tipo de cosas. Solamente he tenido 2 problemas con el pedido, donde en uno me llego el objeto que yo no había pedido, y en otro estaba defectuoso, pero en los dos me solucionaron el problema en menos de 1 día, algo que es de agradecer.

I got my product broken but servicing was good and after that I mailed them and their quick response and the way they give solution to us is incredible.

Two months ago I ordered a Soundcard from them. It came to me after about two weeks. The quality was very good. About one week ago I noticed that something is knocking inside of it. I was afraid that it may be a part of electronics, so I wrote an e-mail to Banggood. They replied me immediately and solve the problem. They gave me a full refund and I have the money on my PayPal account the next day. I really appreciate their support because it is magnificent. It also proves that Banggood’s warranty exists and works fine 🙂

ought a docking keyboard for my tablet (~30$), it is not working and the stupid support (especially the one called Echo Liu) is asking me to send it back while the lowest shipping from my country to china costs ~50$!!
And Echo Liu keeps asking me to send it back even tought I explained that this is not possible, how come I will pay 50$ to send a 30$ item?? isn’t it better for me to go buy it somewhere else?
