Customer service is the best. My product came broken and all I had to do was send a picture on how it arrived and picture of the bag it was shipped in.
I order very often RC helis and spare parts goods from Bangood over the last 3 years. I had only a few delivery problems but I always find a solution with the customer service department if an item arrives faulty or damaged in transit. I feel confident with them and like to buy on Banggood website.
