Hello my name is Michael, I live in the USA.
I ordered the eachine 250 racing quadcopter kit from Banggood.com. The kit arrived with the headlights and taillights not working at all, but was delivered on time. After a few short, simple and fast emails, Banggood had a solution. Another email with a short video from me to them showing the problem, and shortly later Banggood had sent me a replacement part.
Now take in mind the part was the main board on the quadcopter, which it still flew just fine, and lights are great but also partly a novelty. Now that I have the new board assembled with lights working, I took apart the original board and got those lights to work by soldering into the tabs inside and supplying power.
This was a very minor problem and Banggood handled it as a priority. Amazing service care from Banggood. My family and I will continue to shop from their online selection of great products at the lowest prices anywhere. Thank you BANGGOOD!!!
Hi all, my ALZRC 480 Fast arrived very quick but, the box was crushed about mid way, needless to say many parts were useless. Mr. Burt and staff went to bat for me. I am waiting on replacement parts. Banggood and staff are “AWESOME”. Thank You all. Cisco

I had one issues with a product which arrived not working properly and I contacted to customer service, they offered me a refund or a new product without any problems, the only thing I had to do was to send them back a video explaining what was wrong. Once, I did that, they re-send me the products without any extra cost.

My experience with Banggood has been great. I ordered a quadcopter, and after a few flights the LiPo battery started to bulge out of it’s casing, a sign of damage, so I contacted bangood about it, and they have agreed to send me a replacement battery and charger for free! The customer service was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. My one complaint would be that postage is a bit slow, however this is to be expected when ordering something from another country.
It is always a pleasure doing business with Banggood they have the best customer service for an online store. If you have a problem with your order they will go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for RC Banggood is the place to look.

Banggood customer support is usually very good and relatively fast. I only have good experience with them, they usually reply in a few hours to max a day and though sometimes we need to clear up what each one of us means by something they handle issues well. Also their prices are quite good, so if you are in a market for electronics and did your research I can recommend them.
