Bangood e’ veramente una piaattaforma di vendita perfetta.In questo sito puoi trovare di tutto e a prezzi molto competitivi,ma la cosa piu’ importante e’ che se hai un problema post vendita baangood e’ sempre pronto nella risposta e sicuramente risolve qualunque problema . Io per esempio ho avuto un prodotto difettoso ho scritto e bangood ha provveduto subito a sostituirlo con un nuovo prodotto funzionante. After I placed my order & got confirmation O tracked my package and found it was coming from China so I gave it 14 days before I tried again but the tracking information no longer gave me any information when I contacted BangGoods, they responded right away and located my package which I received within 2 days. Thank you I would order from them again.

Já faço compras no site Banggood á quase dois anos e por isso tenho confiança nos seus produtos.
Normalmente as encomendas demoram umas duas semanas ou talvez mais a chegar a casa, o que para mim é normal, comparando com encomendas que tenho feito na europa e que demoram o mesmo tempo a chegar.
Não é muito frequente ter problemas com os seus produtos, mas por vezes acontece, e nessas ocasiões tenho encontrado um serviço pós venda extraordinário, atencioso e que tem solucionado todos os meus problemas.
Banggood é um site que me oferece uma relação preço / qualidade muito boa e por esse motivo continuarei a comprar lá.

Banggood est meilleur(best), surtout pour le SAV (costumers services). D’ailleurs je le conseille toujours à mes amis qui hésitent parfois à commander en chine. En cas de problème avec un article défectueux le SAV est très réactif mais il faut écrire en anglais, au pire Google translate est là pour vous
Had a number of issues with a faulty Gimbal purchased from Banggood. Unfortunately it was put out of production by the manufacturer however Banggood managed to source a suitable replacement and refunded the difference. Great customer service.
