HI!Banggood is very professionally shoping place.I bought a lot of things from Banggood.The last thing is one of free tablet who LCD screen stop work coretly and customer service did everything to correct the problem and thank to Tony.
On Banggood goods are sold at very competitive prices. I got a defective item and after some investigations Customer Service sent me a new item in its replacement. Very recommended store and service!

Banggood is not a simple web store. is completely trusted web store.i order many product and many category.fast delivery and fine responsible for supply product is one of the thousand option of this websites.i notify my order problem and then sent to me a replace part.and then i have same problem again and then accept again and help to solve my problem.banggood store supports users very fine & product have quality like in pic and said in website
in my first review i said :
i contact banggood support with email and say my issue about of my rc helicopter wltoy v977 and explain my problem that getting out of control and turn fast in the air and like tail get out of control.i attach pic of my product and customer service very fast answered to me several time and said problem is for receiver board & they are sending me a replacement with air parcel register and tracking number and ship it in 1-2 day for me without any cost.it is on the way now i recommend banggood web store highly .every product is like them said & in time delivered always and sooner than they said in send condition.
in another email i receive my tracking number and i am very happy to know and find this Fine web store.

I ordered “not self-locking” propellers the other day.
However, the contents of the received package was “self-locking” propellers.
I Contact, I received different goods that I ordered.
Then, I received an e-mail from Banggood so that I send a photograph of received the goods .
I was sent some photos of received the goods.
Then, I received a reply with send a new regular goods to you.
I did not expect such a good response in the China mail order.
But, I think so Banggood is a shop where you can buy enough peace of mind.
I will use in the future the Banggood.

I had received a defect item in an order. Bandgood customer service was contacted for the problem. After I sent a video with the condition of the defect item, Banggood had sent a replacement with free of charge.

The only problem I have is with shipping in Canada, it is very expensive and very slow. Many people that order from other countries have the shipment is shipped to the border town in the USA and they drive down to pick it up
