I bought a flashlight for 18.00 C$ last February 6, 2016. After a month of waiting, I did not received the item. However, I was promised that they will resend the item. I received the package today, April 14, 2016. In the customs declaration, it was marked Charger, Flashlight. However, when I opened the packaged, I could only find a CHARGER. Figure that out !!! After 2 months of waiting, I received a charger !!! What do I need the charger for? Where is the flashlight? Did someone stole a 18 C$ flashlight?
First order got lost on the road. I wrote in support of bangood. They responded and sent a new shipment. I got it. Everything is fine. Good product quality and appearance.
