I am one of the satisfied customers of Banggood. I regard it as the best Chinese shop. It has everything what makes me happy.
First of all, the prices are really low and competitive. Some of products may be more expensive than in other shops but it still has good value for money.
Secondly, the support is pretty great. An average resonse time for me is about 12 hours. I appreciate their customer care. Few days ago I had a problem with my mouses. The way of contact were really fast. I solved it in one day, despite I delayed it by uploading a video.
Overall, I really recomend Banggood to you. It is magnificent shop. It provides you thousands of products.

Banggood become my favorite E_shopping website during the last 2 Years. I have spend lots of $$$ (Don’t tell my wife…hhh) in quadcopter parts, tablets, phone accessories and home stuff.
I have always receive my items, some of them took longer to arrive and some were quick but it is not Banggood faults, usually it’s Post office and customs who hold up the goods.
I had minor issues with not like description or malfunctioning stuff that the Banggood customer service solve up to my satisfaction.
I had never problems with payments or refunds in case I need to handle with that.
The website is well organized. You can easily find what you’re looking for in the sections.
My favorite section is the quadcopter parts were I can always find at the best prices my needs.
The live chat is fantastic in case you have a doubt, there is always one to answer and consult with, well done Banggood.
I highly recommend this safe and great e-commerce site. I know is not well known like ebay or Aliexpress but definitely here you will find the best prices and availability.

I am a buyer in Hong Kong. I would like to review Banggood and let other customers know that this is a website you can do business with fairly safely.
Firstly I want to let other people know that I buy products from Banggood or other similar China based internet outlets (also shown here), out of the need to do research for other internet sellers who might want to sell the same sort of products, and ocasionally for my own use.
In terms of delivery, Banggood has chosen the official Post Office courier service in Hong Kong which is ultra safe. This latter service represents Banggood’s “flat rate service” or “free” service, if you are a buyer from Hong Kong, you should be pleased. This service does take as long as Banggood says it takes, that is if you don’t mind waiting 3 weeks for your order, it will be delivered by about this time without any items missing.
Banggood on two occasions have sold products which were found to be “out-of-stock” subsequently, or after you have already placed the order. They have apologised for such mistakes and refund the costs of the products, or the actual cash/money, back into your paying account. (Fabulous!) This account maybe PayPal. I have never lost interests waiting for such refunds. Banggood has never suggested such money should be converted to future credits, say Banggood Wallet points etc.., so that you can buy more “easily” when you are “short of actual cash”. Some other internet websites do try to hold on to your money and your once upon a time commitment.
I once bought a dud, or a USB charger which had a removal (therefore easily broken) UK plug. Problem was the manufacturer never really tested his plug or his design against standard UK sockets. With so many similar manufacturers even on the same website like Banggood, one should always shop very carefully. One should try other websites to see if they have alternative or substitutes. This gives a clue to whether or not somebody else also found the same problem. The manufacturer also want to minimise the costs of their duds, so that they can use the cash to eventually produce more worthwhile products, so right now, their main concern maybe just getting rid of their duds ultra cheap. Usually another manufacturer has already resolved the same problem you found, or a totally different way to tackle the same problem might be already available. I was so angry at my mistake, but guess what, Banggood offered to REFUND the dud I bought completely, knowing that sometimes you cannot checkout an item completely when it is just pictures of a proposed solution on the Internet.
