Banggood offers an extensive range of products with very competitive pricing. I particularly like their range of electrical and electronic products, especially those that involve construction from a kit. My few customer service needs have been resolved without any hassle. I had one item arrive defective, but after I sent them a video showing the issue, they promptly sent me a replacement. Banggood’s free shipping makes their already quite competitive prices even more attractive.

I received the ordered receiver very quickly, but there was no binding between the receiver and my transmitter. Then they offered a new receiver, but I preferred a refund. Very nice of Banggood!

In short, Banggood has great prices, decent Chinese warehouse processing & shipping, fast US warehouse processing & shipping, and responsive customer service that resolves issues without much of a hassle. I’ve ordered from Banggood 10+ times now and have yet to encounter a major issue. One item did arrive defective, but after sending them a video showing the issue, they promptly shipped out a replacement. Banggood’s free shipping makes their already quite competitive prices even more of a bargain. Of the major Chinese retailers, this one seems to provide the best balance of price, customer service, and item selection.

Banggood stellte sich entgegen meiner anfänglichen Erwartungen als ein sehr pflichtbewusster, Service-freundlicher und günstiger China Händler heraus. Nachdem ich einen Ausfall mit einem gekauften Produkt hatte, wendete ich mich unverzüglich an den Support welcher sofort an einer optimalen Problemlösung interessiert war. Als klar wurde, dass es sich um einen Defekt handelte, wurden mir unverzüglich Kosten zurückerstattet, sodass ich mir die nötigen Ersatzteile beschaffen konnte.

I’ve purchased more than 60 items from this shop and never had a problem, recently one ESC in an order of 4 of them did not work properly. After communication with customer service it was fully replaced by a new one. Excellent service.
