I ordered nylon guitar strings, and they accidentally sent me steel acoustic guitar strings. I contacted them and they immediately resent the ordered item. I have received it and I am very happy about their perfect customer service and about their good quality products. Banggood is highly recommended by me!!!

j’ai commandé un parapluie que n’ai jamais reçu (un mois et demi aprés). Aprés quelques echanges avec le service aprés vente que j’ai pu contacter en laissant “un reviews” sur leur site ils m’ont proposé de renvoyer avec un numéro de suivi.
le SAV a l’air correct j’attends de recevoir ma commande. les prix sont trés bien.
Recently I notified Banggood that one of my order was not received at home after more than on month.
After couple of e-mail with Banggood service department and a check with my post office it was evident that the product was lost somewhere between China and Canada.
They kindly offer me to re-send my order to solve the problem that is more a delivery problem than a Banggood problem.
I like the way products are presented to me via internet and specially the fact that all amount are in Canadian money.
I am very satisfied with fast answers from Banggood.
My overall opinion of the store/stores customer service is almost great. Once I was not satisfied. I ordered a electronic device, said device didn’t work. Paid $13.00 and felt forced to accept $10.00 refund. That being said, the other issue I had went fine and I was completely reimbursed/new product sent, I was totally satisfied. One of my orders was a wrong color and was replaced with proper color at no fee. The prices are, for the most part the cheapest
