I am very pleased with BangGood customer service. I recently placed an order for a pair of FPV antennas but only received a single antenna. Their customer service replied to my email within a few hours and immediately sent out the missing antenna without question. Very good company to buy from. It is good to know there are still companies that care about having satisfied customers as well as making money.

Banggood is a great site to buy what you are looking for. Customer service is always there to help if ever there is a problem.
Online shopping is never perfect so naturally everyone will have an issue at some point.
What sets others above the rest is how well they handle these imperfect situations. I have made over 15 orders with banggood nothing more then 100 CAD however, whenever i had an issue, customer service was always there to help, responded withing 24 hours, and took full responsibility when they error was on their end.
