I’ve been doing business with Bangood for a number of years and have bought dozens of items. I buy mostly parts for my multi rotor aircraft but lately I’ve been buying other items as well. Any issues that have ever arisen with their products have always been resolved to my satisfaction. Love BanGood.
I did several orders in this shop, never had something to reply.
Now, I got three little FPV-cams, one of them did not work. I’m not quite satified with their way to handle such things, as I’m used to get other service in Germany, so I had to write several mails. After all, they did send me a new cam (this way or refunding would be a normal way in german shops, no problems on that!), so I’m happy with it.
So, if everything ist working, banggood is a very nice shop, it is in fact a little bit strange, how they handle requests.
I appreciate Banggood for their good prices and services. They try really hard to make the customer happy and i love it. I had my self trouble with some DOA items and they fixed the problem pretty quick everytimes. I would recommend them to anyone.

I thought I have seen it all.I have bought most of my gear from banggood because over time I found the price, product, and service, could not be beaten.then to top it off I had a small problem and could not believe how quick and easy it was sorted. Go banggood and thanks tony.
I have ordered several times now from Bang good and have been amazed at their prices and the quality of the products I received. The prices for the merchandise unbelievable. Shipping isn’t quite as fast as shipping from the US but considering the distance it has to travel is understandable. And all my items so far have been shipped and received with no problems they were packaged very well for shipping. If your thinking their prices seem low, therefore quality will be low too. Think again! Quality and below reasonable prices. And if something is out of stock they contact you quickly to see if you want to wait or ship without it. Great customer service!
