I have had some issue with shipping (via airmail) but thanks to great support of Customer Service (Poppy) I have received my parcel finally. So i didn’t feel never alone . I bought a mobile phone that’s good quality and competitive with big firm. I guess I will buy again.
I’m fully satisfied with the Banggood webstore. I’ve ordered from them several times. I received high quality parts at a very reasonable price, with a free delivery service included. Once I received a damaged box, when the ordered canopy of a helicopter was broken. I’ve taken a photo of the damaged part, then mailed it for Banggood. They had answered surprisingly soon, and then I received an exchange canopy. Thank you for the fast and fair procedure. I can only suggest everyone ordering from Banggood.
I ordered a “third hand” product which arrived within the expected time frame. Unfortunately something must have gone wrong in the assembly process or during delivery as it was damaged and arrived in pieces which were meant to be assembled. I tried to fix it myself, but it was not really possible. After a couple of emails to and fro explaining the situation and Banggood offering several solutions they sent me replacement device which arrived safely and intact. I was worried I would have a cat fight on my hands, but Banggood were very good about it. Thanks You Banggood.

“I did not think things could be any cheaper until I deiscovered BangGood. Then I thought: maybe they have lousy service. But no! They have excellent service! I ordered a pair of Li-Ion batteries, but after 3 months still no sign of them. While other and later placed orders were always delivered, usually within 2 weeks. When I told BangGood Customer Service the batteries have not been delivered to me they offered me with no problem a refund or a resend. I opted for the resend, because I need the batteries; delivered within 2 weeks! Wow! I am more than willing to pay for the othres if they ever arrive. I love this no-nonsense service!”

I recently but an item for one of m’y client And unfortunaly it was not produce anymore And now left un stok.thé y informe me on a 24h delay.And immediatly giving me choice to replace it or refund me.in an other store dame kind of situation arrived to me this years.And i wss inform 2 work later but now more.i avd to ask many time wath thry coule do.. Its take a mount an many mail send to thème to finaly get a reply.S o this time i nform m’y client thé same day offre him choice brtween replace or refund.he décide to reaplace .i suggestion him some item in same price .hé made this choice And i send thé new sku to Poppy dame day.the reaply was Fast .hé confirme with me thé new order And proceed shipping next day.all was donne in 48h m’y client was Avery happy son i was to .if i have a shop to reacommand it will bed banggood that for Sure.
I recently purchased 3 orders from Banggood on different dates. The last 2 orders arrived and I emailed to the support queried about the missing order. They replied the next day, excellent support. I received the package the next date and good thing is the items all arrived in good condition.

I purchased a mobile phone from Banggood and chose a normal free delivery. Unfortunately, the order got stuck somewhere on the way because it arrived to my country during Easter Holidays.
I emailed to service and they were very helpful to check on my order. After 3-4 weeks they gave me an option of a refund or a new mobile phone. I was about to accept another phone and hence waiting for it again but my original order got delivered the next day.
So 5+ for service and friendly stuff at Banggood and be patient during holidays, your order might be stuck somewhere at your post office.
Amazing company, amazing customer service and amazing delivery times, will always us this company for my stuff.

Thank you for your email of 12/05/14 . 06/06/14 i ordered and made payments items ( SKU034821 ) . After a few days it turned out that the item at the time when the payment was made was not in stock , and you are not able to deliver it . I should have to wait more than a week to once again was in the warehouse . Then I proposed to carry out extra for ( SKU063099 ) which was at that moment in stock . But there was a problem so I zadrazio refund while before you was my money refunded I have made another payment for the item ( SKU063099 ) . After 10 days on my money was refunded . But with the new order again problems . From 03/29/2014 18:10 , On Hold status . How ‘m right forestall that something was wrong because the status of the monitoring said DHL REJECTS BATTERY NEEDS MSDS and answer one of your employees was as following

After that I still forestall many times that something is wrong but the answer has always been same . I do not understand why no one took anything at the beginning , perhaps it would not be any problems . Therefore I suggest the following :
– If the payment can not be executed if the item at the moment is not in the warehouse
– For one person to be in charge of your purchase and all the while it communicates with the customer from the time the package leaves the warehouse to the moment when the package is taken by the customer .
– To provide additional training of your employees about rules international transport .
– Fast , clean and understandable communication by the seller – buyer
– Repeatedly had to control whether all documents are in order and send all necessary documents .
Dear Katherine just because of your effort shown to solved problem ‘ll give you two and a half stars. As we have agreed , if the package is arrived in the meantime I’ll give you back your refund . If you do not arrive I will make a new order since I still want the product , and as we shall see will pass a new order. Then you can evaluate properly .
