The best Chinese company I’ve used. They have a USA warehouse option, and their Chinese warehouse shipping is pretty fast. the few times I’ve had an issue with an item they have been fast at helping me with it.

The prices are almost unbeatable. The after sales response is good, friendly and helpful. The quality of some items is closer to the price. In this case, I bought a musical instrument, much cheaper than elsewhere, the sound was good but some details in the craftsmanship were weak. I complained and was promptly and nicely offered a refund on half the price and got a promise of improvement.
Living in E.U., I hesitated for years to buy goods from a Chinese e-shop.
While searching for a tablet I accidently found Banggood and I was impressed by the enormous variety of products and convenient prices. I dare to try one order and I was fully satisfied, but when things came to after sales service it was an apocalypsis for me. Very polite and helpful people are always ready to help. Been buying bits from bang good for awhile now and always happy with the product, follow up and service. Recently bought a quad and had some issues with the Video TX, told them about it and they quickly replaced it. You cannot argue with that service, its something you don’t get these day. Well done Bang Good.

Bonjour,je tenais a le dire pour que tous le monde le sache.Je commande beaucoup de produits et articles chez BANGGOOD,surtout dans le modelisme.Les prix sont tres competitifs,les produits sont de tres bonne qualité et il y a enormement de choix de produits.J’ai l’habitude de dire les choses comme elle sont.Quand cela ne va pas avec un fournisseur je le fait savoir et surtout quand cela merite de faire connaitre le ou les bon sites d’achat croyez moi je le fait savoir aussi.
J’ai commandé chez BANGGOOD des produits qui avais quelques problemes de fonctionnement et j’ai eu la bonne surprise d’etre pris en compte part le service clients rapidement par un remplacement de produits envoyés sans frais et meme voir remboursé en cas de rupture de stock.

I made three orders. In one of the three orders, all the items I received were wrong. I contacted to Banggood and told me to send the items back and refund the money back to me. Also the refund of the shipping fees of the returned items.
So I sent the items back and I received the money in some days. They gave me an excellent solution. Also they replied fast to my emails.
