Hello, I want to expose my experience with Banggoood and his Customer Service department. About the order proccessing I have to say that the order arrived me in 15 days without having to pay any customs taxes, which is pretty good. The packaging was modified by Banggood and I have no objections about this as it was perfectly protected.
Firstly I had some problems with the tablet that didn’t allow me to enjoy the tablet, there was some stuck pixels and the tablet took a lot of time to turn on so I contacted the Customer Service and I don’t have nothing more good words about them, specifically about Tony who attended me, we exchaged some emails and arrived at the point which I returned them the tablet, they contributed half of the shipping cost to China and sent another one to me when I gave them the shipping number of my tablet.
In brief I’ve had a very good expirience with this shop and I have no doubts that I’ll buy them more things in the future.

Отличный магазин! Заказывал 6 посылок. Обращался в службу поддержки – не правильно установил одну деталь. Ответили быстро, все устранил. К магазину никаких претензий! Все заказы работоспособны, никакого брака. Рекомендую для хобби, очень хорошие наборы часов для сборки и очень практичная вещь! Часы работают уже 4 месяца без проблем!
Customer service is wonderful. They provide prompt responses and resolution. I purchased stacking cups for my son and one of them got chipped within a few days. I immediately emailed customer service and they are sending me a new set making my son very happy. Delivery time is also great. I ordered the cups on a Tuesday and received it on Saturday. This was my first experience with Banggood and was a bit nervous, but now I will definitely order from them snd tell my friends about them.

Banggood is one of the most reliable site to buy chinese stuff on. The only complain could be the shipping time and in particular the lack of accuracy of some tracking (specially when nlpost is used…) Apart from that, they always offered a good reply to me when trouble occurred (1 order mistake and 1 item failure over almost 30 orders…) Order was refunded or resent , depending on my demand. The customer service is very friendly and kind of reactive, considering the fact that it is on the opposite side of the planet for me !
Overall I’m pleased of my bang good’s experiment so far .
