Excellent and efficient customer service in refunding my money for a product that was out of stock.
For the first time to buy in this store. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and speed of delivery! Faced with damage to goods during shipment and turned the company support. Very polite and helpful people are always ready to help! The issue was quickly resolved. I myself will buy more and recommend it to everybody!
I purchased the FPV system for my Syma X5C. It worked great out of the box, however the on/off switch on the camera itself started failing. I was unable to turn the camera off.
I sent customer service an email. The promptly sent me a replacement. Said replacement would not charge or turn on. Sent them a video of the issue and they sent a second replacement.
So far the second replacement is working great. Have had no issue. Their customer service is great!! I will continue to shop and leave reviews as warranted.

Заказывали на этом сайте два Квадрокоптера и две запчасти.первая партия запчастей была не исправна, написали и нам предложили либо вернуть деньги, либо выслать другую партию. Во второй раз все пришло в исправном состоянии. Общались с Норой и Линдой.
Up until now I placed about 10 orders with Banggood of mixed order size.
Every single one was carried out correctly and shipment to Belgium was done in time.
Communication from their end was excellent.
Pricing is OK, shipment is OK and products are OK and the website is working fine although selection (on price for example) would be an extra plus.
Anyway more than satisfied.

Some products happen to be dead on arrival and how a shop handles the procedure makes all the difference.
Tinydeal was the worst i ever encountered end banggood which is cheaper aswell so far has been great.
