I have been using Banggood for quite some time and purchased a lot of items. I am very satisfied with my purchases and even when something is not quite right, the exceptional customer service is always helpful and willing to solve the issue in the best interest of the customer.
My only regret is that the main warehouse is in China and not in the US, which may result in longer shipping time, which by the way is free.
I highly recommend to shop at Banggood.

I’ve order two tablets, one of them arrived dammaged. Screen was crushed. What I did is report an incident, and after few e-mails They exchange it into brand new. This new one arrived and is working!

I’ve bought quite a lot from BangGood over the past few months since I’ve gotten into quadcopters. They have great prices in general, and their shipping from the China mainland has been much faster than what I’ve received from GearBest and HobbyKing. Customer service is easy to deal with and very accommodating – especially when I had a problem. BangGood is where I go first, and that’s for good reason.
I ordered a Eachine Racer 250 which came with faulty motors. Since Im far away from China, in Europe, I thought this would be a major hassle. But I was wrong. Banggoods customer service quickly settled this, and Im a happy customer. I have already placed and recieved more stuff, and will continue buying from Banggood. 🙂
