But unfortunately Item hava some initial failure.
So I contacted to Banggood service team by email.
They replied to me very quickly and offer to me to send some replacement parts for no charge.
And they did not ask me to return back some initial failure items.

I ordered goods many times from banggood.com and always delivered to me on time mostly sooner than expected. But, my last order not delivered for about 23 days after I order. I ask their customer service, and they give instruction patiently, until I know that the delay is not on banggood, but on my local post office. I’m very satisfied with banggood products and services.
