Banggod.com has the cheapest electronics out there! Delivery takes some time, but is free! you can also pay a little extra to get your stuff quick though. The Customer evice is among the most nice and cooperative out there. Their english is not perfect, but they are very helpful.All in all: This is a great online store!!
The item I ordered 3 months ago I haven’t received yet. This banggood site is the worst. I will not be using this site again, as they did not deliver the item on time and made excuses each time the item was to be shipped. I paid for the item in advance but got crappy service all around. Thanks for the 3 months inconvenience.
I am very glad, that I found the Banggood e-shop and I am sure, that this was not the last time I bought something from it. I bought an RC model of a helicopter, which is not available in Europe. The quality of the model is very high and I like very much flying with it. For a customer from the EU, the optimal value of an order is 150 USD (because in this case you pay only the VAT, and not the duty tax). Unfortunately, using DHL the customer has to pay 20 USD tax. I would appreciate if there would be a possibility to choose different delivery company. I really appreciate the customer services your company provides and especially your quickness in solving customers problems. Thank you very much.
