Banggood, est l’une des meilleures boutiques en ligne de la chine. J’ai eu a commander plusieurs fois en chine mais dès lors qu’il y’a un problème je c’etait ka galére pour me faire rembourser. Sur Banggood la seule fois que j’ai rencontré un probleme, ( j’ai achété un smartphone chez eux qui a été declaré chez colissimo mais pas envoyé), je contacté le service client, j’ai expliqué preuve à l’appuis (capture du site de suivi ), j’ai expliqué et j’ai pu me faire rembourser en 4 jours.

This happened to me 3 times already. Once they forgot to ship, and twice I got a bad item. But they fixed it instantly.
