I bought a Vi8 Plus tablet. The tablet came to me well packaged but the tablet screen ( digitizer ) is a bit deformed that it looks like lifting up from corners.
I made a contact with Banggood Customer Service they were really responsive. The guys “Tony and Ariel Yu” helped me much quickly. I asked for a new digitizer to buy and they told me that they would send me original digitizer for free.
I can buy again from Banggood.

I’ve been a Banggood customer for several years with over 100 orders and I have to say that they are a great company to do business with. On the rare occasions that I had a problem with defective or lost items their customer service handled it quickly, professionally and courteously. I always check their site first before ordering anything to see if they carry what I want as their prices are usually the lowest.
If you have a technical problem you solve them despite the distance
I had a problem with a tablet teclast x98, does nothing, black screen, Tony technical service of Bangood solved the problem, say, its policy of product returns only covers 50% of the cost of return, I am waiting receiving the new tablet. In bangood care about their clients. Thanks Bangood.

Product was defect in a function, got a partial refund!
I have bought a lot of radio controlled goods and a couple of tablets from Banggood. My most recent purchase, a Chuwi HI10 tablet malfunctioned after a week. I was concerned about returning it to China. However Banggood covered most of the postage and sent we a new Tablet within a couple of weeks which is still working great. Thanks Tony!. I recommend Banggood for great bargains and good support.
