I’m buying a lot of things because I believe that on this website you are surfing really well and at a good price, plus all of the many items the shipping is free even if it takes a long time to receive it, but this is understandable, otherwise you pay and you get faster. I had a problem on an article with a number of email contacts, without much difficulty, I are solving the problem with the delivery of another piece to spare, so despite being halfway around the world with a little patience we can also buy with confidence.

I have currently bought 112 orders on Banggood, and have only had problems with three products. Each time Customer Service at Banggood sorted out in an excellent manner. Customer service is for me very important, for it will always sooner or later be a product which is deffekt. I have used banggood for years and now I can write an honest review. The prices of all the goods are competitive compared to other websites and definitely cheaper than the shops here in Australia or in Italy.About the service, I never had anything to complain about, the staff is really reliable and kind, they help you and answer at any enquiries. There would be unfortunate times when some of my orders would arrive broken or missing something, however they would always help me unlike other online sites. The terms of process depend on how many stuff are you ordering but generally they are quick. The quality of goods to be honest, depend on how much you spend, cheap stuff aren’t always the best quality. However if you are willing to buy expensive items, they probably are good. The delivery take long, but is understandable since they come from overseas.
Overall one of the best China resellers on the Web. Delivery times could be improved, but this aside, prices are generally good and customer service is excellent.

Shipping to the Philippines is awfully slow, but that is not because of Banggood, but the lousy service in the Philippines.
Recommendation:
Use registered EMS to avoid being stuck in customs
NEVER USE DHL.
I had a packaged stuck in customs when shipped with DHL, requiring me to go to Cebu (4-5 hour one way) to clear it before they could deliver it to my door step. However, Banggood refunded me and had the shipment returned. Very good service.
I use Banggood for all my drone equipment, i only ever had one problem with a battery, they replaced it in no time at no extra costs, superb service and great price, do what you want but i am sticking with them.
