They are always friendly and on tap. Sometimes the items take some week to get in my island in italy (Sardinia) but it doesn’t matter. The descriptions of the items are satisfing and i foud a lot of different things in this shop

I have used several overseas suppliers of quality, budget items, but for me Banggood is my favourite. They have a wide variety of things on offer and if something is wrong, they are quick to make things right. Well done, Banggood!
I am a regular buyer from Banggood, especially for Quadcopters and gadgets. Initially I was careful to make small value purchases and invariably they came, though it took a month on average. But in course of time my confidence grew and I have been purchasing higher value items.
On a couple of occasions, I have had issues with defects or limitations with the order as I had missed the specifications. Their customer care has always been prompt and polite in helping out. In the case of a defect in a $120 quadcopter, their customer support helped resolving the issue by replacing parts and also giving a refund. In the case of a limitation on my part when I did not read the description correctly, they were kind enough to give me a component without charging for it. It wan not very expensive, but the supportive attitude and helpfulness has been exemplary.
All of the items that i buy are good and come on time. I am happy with this service and they are very professional i recommend to a friend or anyone interested.
