I ordered a prop balancer from Banggood which was delivered in 17 days. When I was balancing the prop I realised that the rod (on which props are fixed) is not straight and is giving false readings. I verified this through different techniques and then wrote to Banggood customer care representative. Banggood did not asked me for unboxing video or pictures of the problem. They sent a replacement prop balancer which I received in 16 days.
I have purchased many items from Banggood and always recommend them to my friends, relatives and colleagues, on the service they provide and on the backup they offer for the items they deliver. Once you write an email to their customer support a Banggood rep will reply to your mail within a day; the best part is the reply is written by a very helpful human and is not a computer generated reply.
I often order items from Banggood, some order slow arrival but overall I give them 5 star.
The product as describe, the Item quality is worth to purchase,
especially the after sell/customer service is brilliant. They do fix my problem to be satisfaction.

Ormai sono più di 6 mesi che mi servo da Banggood e devo dirmi molto soddisfatto anche in base all’ultima esperienza. Nell’ottobre dell’altr’anno, in un ordine cumulativo di diversi prodotti, ne ho ricevuto uno con la batteria totalmente inefficiente. Ho subito contattato il loro servizio clienti lamentando e documentando l’inconveniente. Dopo un veloce scambio di corrispondenza, mi hanno proposto la sostituzione del dispositivo, che ho accettato.
Il giorno successivo mi hanno confermato di aver provveduto al reinvio. Con i soliti tempi richiesti dal servizio postale normale (4~5 setimane), il dispositivo in sostituzione mi è stato consegnato ed è risultato correttamente funzionante. Devo dire che il servizio clienti è risultato sorprendentemente al di sopra di ogni mia aspettativa. Alla luce di tale esperienza, continuerò con piacere a servirmi di loro per i miei acquisti dei generi da loro trattati. Congratulazioni e buon lavoro!

На banggood сделал несколько заказов,дошли быстро.Но последний заказ(аккумуляторы) шел долго и аккумуляторы были меньшей емкости(указано 500mAh).Сделали возврат 500руб. Обслуживанием доволен.Спасибо.
