I had an issue with the flight controller of a purchased drone on Banggood, they did asked me for some screenshot to locate the problem and then they propose me to resend me the broken part for free.
The answer was very quick, and very complete, I will most likely continue shopping with them, this is definitely 5 star service for an online reseller :-).
Had a problem with received goods Banggood replied it in prompt way, will definitely support them.
I had an issue with a product not working as advertised. I contacted Banggood with the problem, they asked for a picture of the shipping label and product and once they received them they issued a full refund. Thank You Banggood from a very happy customer.

I have bought a few RC things from Banggood now, including some FPV great and the Eachine Racer 250 quad. There has been some issues with stock of some items that I have ordered. There has been issues with parts for the Eachine Racer 250 not being available and the last issue was the FPV gear that finally arrived, did not work. I might just have had some bad luck, but the packaging was really not up to scratch at all. All items just thrown in together and there was marks on all of the items. The great thing about Banggood is that they have refunded for the FPV gear that does not work.
So, at the end of the day I would have preferred working gear, but they have looked after me and refunded for the broken items. So, thank you Banggood but, please consider better packing.

Recently I bought 3 items and for some reason I did not get them.
after contacting customer service I got a very quick response and I received a full refund for all 3 items.
Also I bought two batteries of 1500 mAh for my ZMR250.
The actual capacity of both batteries was less than stated and the 3 cells were not balanced.
after contacting customer service I received a refund for 50% of my purchase.
