Great prices and prompt shipping from the US Warehouse. Unfortunately my shipment was lost by the US Postal Service. Banggood Customer Service was extremely responsive and helpful and offered a refund or a new item. Despite a problem that was not their fault, they successfully managed a solution. I have been buying products from Banggood for well over one year. I am very pleased with their merchandise, order tracking info, the very reasonable order delivery time coming all the way from China and excellent customer support. I really appreciate and greatly benefit from the customers’ product reviews and suggestions that are posted by Banggood on each of their product pages. On one occasion, I received the wrong order that must have been intended for another customer. I notified Banggood’s customer service department. When I submitted a photo of the merchandise I had received by mistake, Banggood moved quickly to refund my money. Banggood’s customer service representatives are very responsive, courteous and thoughtful. I just submitted a question about the operation of a wonderful product I had received in a recent order. Within a few hours, Banggood’s representative, Betty, had obtained the answer from the product’s salesman and forwarded the information to me, which allowed me to successfully use the product. Betty then followed-up with a message assuring me that they are always their for me. I honestly recommend Banggood.
