I have been dealing with Banggood for a few years now and have found the product and pricing good.
I had an issue with the SKYRC GPS speed meter but this was replaced and my postage to return faulty one refunded, all done in good time. very satisfied.
Have been using BangGood for a while and all has been great. Had a little issue recently with a product but they were only able to refund half the cost as it had been a few months after I bought it.
The propellers I ordered turned out to not fit my quadcopter. Banggood provided a full refund after I described the problem, so I am very happy with how they handled this issue.
I have also placed several other orders with Banggood which have all been delivered with no problem. Overall, Banggood is a great seller!

I’ve ordered ££££ thousands of pounds worth of RC Hobby stuff from banggood over the last year or so. Very few issues. And when something did get broken in the post, it was refunded almost instantly my my paypal account after I sent them a photo of the damage.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about? Internet trolls no doubt, banggood are a very good retailer for RC ghobby stuff, just search RCGroups, there are thousands of happy hobbyists there that always shop at BG.

J’en suis à presque 70 commandes pour des articles divers et variés (drone-helicio-bijoux-etc) le SAV est au top, répond rapidement et propose toujours des solutions pour résoudre les problèmes (quand il y en a…)
Je suis à plus de 20 commandes chez Banggood. Le service après-vente répond rapidement et avec efficacité en cas de soucis. Par ailleurs les prix sont vraiment attractifs. Il faut juste être patient pour la réception des produits (3 semaines environ pour la livraison gratuite de base). En Europe il n’existe plus de tels services de qualité. Avec Banggood, le client est vraiment LE KING

dopo 17 spedizioni posso ritenermi soddisfatto , si con il magazzino cinese sia con quello europeo.
a volte la qualità del prodotto rispecchia il costo esiguo ma è tutto bene spiegato e non ho mai avuto problemi.
in caso di prodotti non disponibili a magazzino ti avvertono e in caso di ordine multiplo dopo essersi concordati , ti mandano gli articoli presenti a magazzino.
in caso di prodotti mancanti o ordini cancellati sono solerti nel rimborso .

Отличный квадрокоптер, доставка 20-30 дней, были проблемы с двумя моторами, но магазин быстро отреагировал на это и в скором времени отправят новые моторы. Буду заказывать еще.
