i bought from Banggood a Teclast X98 Air 3G 64GB Quad Core 9.7 Inch Dual OS IPS Tablet.for a reason that i do not know,the battery was not holding its charge at all.After less then a hour it was running out.So i contacted Banggood & the sent me a replacement battery.I can say it is not an easy thing to change but it is now working fine.So thank you Banggood from your great service.I buy from different stores but banggood is now my number one.I will check there store first before going to the other one s.

Okay. I have had some produst issues, but the service is so damn good.
They are so kind with helping me out. For example they send me new control board for quadcopter even I was the one who ran into the wall with quadcopter and broke it. I definitely recommend every one to use banggood.
