I ordered a JJRC H20 Nano Hexacopter. When received it would not function. After notifying BangGood they did everything possible to solve the problem and at the end sent a new unit totally free of charge.

I always prefer to purchase from Banggood rather than Aliexpress because they tend to dispatch much quicker. Out of all the orders I’ve placed with them, I had delivery issues with 1 item which they fixed for me within 24 hours, which was impressive. On one order, one of my items failed and once again, they shipped out a replacement for me – no arguments or issues at all. Highly recommended.

I ordered quadrocopter emashines 250 PDFs. With the first starts a problem for video transmission. The range of the transmitter was low. After negotiations with the support of bangood concluded – the transmitter does not work properly. Store sent a replacement. Service Magic! Highly recommend!
I ordered a Teclast X98 plus tablet pc, but it broke down after three days and wouldn’t turn on. I contacted Banggood and they agreed to send me a new one. They even sent the dual boot version, which mine wasn’t, as well as a screen protector, since i had installed mine on the dead tablet. They paid half the shipping cost as expected from their return policy. I am very satisfied with the Banggood support team and feel secure that if something else doesn’t work, they will help me find a solution.
