I have made many orders for tens of products on Banggood until today and I always received great stuff for very good prices! Any time I contacted the Customer Support I always received fast and effective responses to solve my problems, whether I asked for additional information, products manuals and also free product substitution because of defective items (1 product on about 20 orders, it could happen)
Good Webshop, loats to offer, free shipping is great, shipping time normaly between 2 a 3 weeks voor the Netherlands which is good.
only downsite is that you are not able to see if you order something if an item is in Backorder, i for once would really want to know that
will be shopping here loats of times in the future
I have to say, untill now the quality of the products exceed my expetation, very good price, and only one of the item’s take me a long time to get here, besides that, i recommend! and i will continue to buy from banggood!

´m very happy with Banggood service: the price of the item I bought was the cheapest, it came in a strong package, very fast shipping I paid with Paypal and communication with customer service is direct and very effective… I had a problem with the item and had to return it and I´m still happy with the service as I could email customer service and follow their instructions and they offered me the best solution. I will buy again from them for sure!

The shipping takes a little bit, but that’s expected as to where it’s coming from. But, they answered all my questions in a timely manner. They were not rude at all, considering I sent them a million emails since I’ve never ordered from their website before. But, they ha absolutely no problems messaging me back and telling me the status of my order ! Great customer service!
