I have been purchasing from Banggood for about a year now and have found their customer service to be excellent. Emails are replied to consistently. On a recent order I received a faulty brushless motor, and Banggood replaced it without hesitation after I provided a video and photos. I will be shopping again with Banggood in the future.
I write this review for leave a very good positive point at Banggood. I bought a folder case for the Teclast x98 air 3g and the plastic was poor. The plastic broke very easily in a few days and quickly I write to Banggood to inform of this problem. Two days after, the service customer wrote me with a good solution for my problem. Very good for Banggood!! I recommend you this page for your shopping.
