This was a difficult shipment. Seller really showed top-grade support here.
The first shipment attempt failed, reason unknown. I contacted seller. Service was very good: Item was re-shipped, with tracking number. After some time: Tracking showed that shipment delivery had failed. I had seen no notice of that at all.
Contacted seller again. Seller suggested contact with local post-service, which revealed: delivery service had big problems reaching ‘me’: construction work was getting in the way.
After tracking down the local tracking number, I was able to intercept the 2-nd shipment at the local post-office.
At all times during this shipment was the communication with seller good, to the point and polite. This seller really took the trouble to make sure that the shipment was finally received.
As can also be learned here: Difficult shipments -as was this one- are not always caused by ‘far-away’ problems.
I am doing now business for two years with Banggood and bought many great products.
This time a led from my multicopter was malfunctional and they are sending a new one so i am pleased with this solution.
Everything is wonderful, securely packaged goods, stated characteristics, in the course of order processing was promptly changed wrongly ordered color. The complete product went pretty nice bonus bumper, and two protective films, plus the conveying. I am very happy, nice store, responsive and agile management, highly recommend everyone to use this shop. In addition, the first order provided a substantial discount of $ 10 or more, in the case of an order via e-mail application on Androyd platform.
hi have a problem whist the display of the tl90 and, all i need is a take Picture and send to bandgood, they propose to change or refund, vey fast. very good services.

It has been less than a 3 years I started shipping from Banggood and I was very pleased with the fast shipping and prices. Blog and forum helps a lot to find new things for my self. User reviews of purchased product also gives positive feedback before buying stuff from Banggood.

It took 1 month to arrive here in Canada, understandable. Found that the adaptor won’t
work with my cellphone. Called them and they
refund 100% without me shipping back the item.

I ordered a quadcopter (among a lot of others) worth 200 USD from Banggood. When it came, the packaging was in good condition, however the quadcopter was not working propoerly.
After contacting the Customer Service, they immediately arranged a free of charge delivery of the faulty parts that arrived within 2 weeks instead of 15-25 days lead time.
I have never experienced such a kind, fair and fast Customer Service so far. Because of that I keep ordering from them ever since. I can only recommend them! Excellent service!
worst buying experience ever
i bought a eken h9 camera for $58 and paid extra $18 for faster shipping. i did not receieved my product at all
after 2 weeks they told me that they aranged a refund that it will take 72 hours to receive the money. i check my paypal account and i see 2 new transactions a payment of 73.21 nd a refund for the same ammount. this what they call a refund. they charge you one more time and aftrwards they putt back he money for the second charge that they made without your approval. this is theft.
BANGGOOD=SCAM AND THIEFS
After sale service abysmal, received wrong size product, will now have to return the product at my own cost, fobbed off with contradiction excuses, DON’T USE BANGGOD unless you are prepared to accept misleading information.
I have ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise through Banggood through a friend of mine. (Tammie Clark) because I do not have a card to order products. I think the service and the products I have purchased have exceeded my expectations. Whenever there has been an issue that I have not been totally satisfied with, Banggood has always stepped up to the plate and fairly and honorably rectified the issue. I would highly reccomend this company . Sometimes the orders have been delayed but that is expected as they have been shipped from China and have to go through many hands to get to North Carolina. r/s. jy
I have made different orders on Baggood last three years. And have only
great experiences. Very fast shipping, products as described, all goods carefully packed. Saddenly, last month I get seroious problems with Umi Rome smartphone, it is not working good (the problems were caused by manufacturer UMI, not Banggodd). So, now, I have get my first experience of communication with customer service. All problems were resolved almost instantly. Now I know – customer service of Banggood is friendly and fast too. Highly recommended.
As fare as my experience goes, banggood has one of the best customer services ever!.
Last year I ordered well over $300 worth of stuff, my order was divided into a few shipments due to the different locations of the warehouses that the stuff was stored.
Though one of the packages that arrived had an item missing, but after contacting them, they immediately reshipped it, and with a free tracking ### :).
And one of the shipments arrived in a box and was a bit smashed up, but everything inside was perfect!. Would be nice if they used more rigid cardboard boxes.
I’m definitely ordering from them again.
