I did my first purchase end of 2014 and back then I didn’t know what to expect. Now, more then 50 purchases further, I trust this company and know what I can expect. With the free shipment option you will receive your order within 5 weeks or sometimes already within 7 days. I don’t have experience with faster shipment options, but the free shipment option is just OK for me. All items are well packed with foam sheet, but sometimes you better don’t buy small items as they get lost more easily (longer shipping time) so add some bigger items to the order. Also large and thin products, like Ipad screen protectors, will get damaged easily; so buy this together with some other lage items to protect the fragile items as the foam sheet won’t protect against bending and so.
Also customer service is great, you will get a reply within 1-2 working days (depending on your time-zone) and they normally have a good solution in case you have a problem.
What you pay is not always what you get, most of the times it is even better and definitely it is more affordable, because the price you pay is better then when you buy it local.
For me this is THE online shop for my RC projects (and other things like tools and home stuff), they are affordable, especially when you choose for the free option and my experience with customer service is just great. This only shop is higly recommended and trustworthy.
The display wasn’t working properly (sometimes it got crazy, like touching everywhere… and other times it just freezes) making it unusable. It happened randomly and both in Android and windows, so I assumed it wasn’t a software problem.
At first I was offered to repair it in a local shop, but I refused, as the problem appeared randomly and a local shop won’t have another touch or display for replacement, so I asked for a refund or another tablet.
They accepted to send me a new one after sending back the bad one, so I sent it back (they paid me half of the postal cost, as showed in their policy). As the tablet wasn’t in stock they offered me to change it for another item, so I chose a better model, paid the difference and got the new one sent.
It takes time and patience, but I’m glad with the way they deal with the problem, answering every email daily and explaining me how to proceed.
I’ll keep buying from them, as they have showed me that they care about giving a great customer service.
Le batterie per wltoys sono ottime ed il prezzo di BG è il migliore del web ( le ho comprate piu’ volte) ,anche se questa ultima volta le ho comprate col caricabatterie a 4 uscite ma purtroppo non funzionavano; Ma il Grande BANGGOOD mi ha immediatamente inviato la sostituzione senza pedita di tempo e denaro da parte mia; BG è una azienda seria e continuero’ a comprare con fiducia. Bought a Xiaomi Note 3 smartphone with an extra case and screen protector. Everything arrived fine in Greece (free registered post shipping via PostNL) in 18 days. The items were with their original boxes inside a foam protective box (you could drop the package from 2 meters and it would not feel anything), all items were verified as genuine (they have scratch codes that you use on the manufacturer site to verify product authenticity) and processing – after payment – was done in less than 24 hours.
A perfect buy and will order more things from there in the future.

My battery of quadcopter was faulty when I open the box. I just send an email to customer service and they refund the price of battery in 2 days! They are best!
My camera was defective and they were willing to replace it! Shipping was fairly fast on the defective camera taking into consideration it comes from china and all; hopefully some time soon they go big like other companies like them, and see more products available in the u.s warehouses; meaning faster shipping!
Since I was late in responding on the matter of this product lack of battery power – 3 watches – it was a nice surprise that I got a good treatment from the representative from Banggood. I will for sure order more from this website.
I am a Banggood customer (jmg1482) for about 5 years and I have been enjoying a lot their products, they are usually good quality products and nice prices, but one of the best thing they provide is Customer Service. They are always willing to help you in case of something is wrong or not expected as you wanted. They respond you very quick and efficiently.
In overall, I think it is the best thing you can find as customer and what you expect when you pay. Banggood offers you this excellent Customer Service.
About shipping. This is something that has been improved a lot in the last 6 months or so. In my case, the average shipment time has been improved about 50%, instead of waiting for 5 to 6 weeks to arrive to Ireland. Now, orders are arriving about 2 or 3 weeks. Excellent.
