I was first hesitant with banggood.com as I stumbled across the website by accident but some of the prices were so irresistible I took a chance with them. Turns out that this is a company working very hard to provide competitive prices and great customer service. Some people have said they have problems with Banggood customer service and I suspect that the root cause of this is from impatience.
I had an issue with an item at first and impatiently sending emails only further added to the confusion. I approached it a different way when I realized my methods were not working and sent 1 email and waited for a response 1 at a time!!!! If you start sending multiple emails you may start getting responses from different people so just send 1 and have confidence that they are working hard to make you happy. They made their error right with me and I’m sure they will do the same for you!
Beyond customer service, the products that they provide at the prices are an amazing value. They even hold special events called snap ups where you can get very expensive items for pennies!
The only downside is that there are usually no options to ship items at a 2 day speed but the low prices are worth waiting a week for shipping
If you’re hesitant bout banggood.com don’t be they are a great company that cares about there customers!
